In-Class Teaching: 14 hours
(Pilates History, Core Principles, Anatomy, Teaching Methodology, Hands-On Adjustments, and more)
Specialist Workshops: 4 hours (included in class hours)
(Breath Anatomy, Fascia & Pilates, Pelvic Health, Muscle Groups & General Anatomy, Ethics & Inclusive Language)
Observation: 3 hours
(Observing experienced instructors)
Personal Practice: 2 hours
(Self-led practice of learned techniques)
Self-Study & Assignments: 2 hours
(Individual reading and study of Pilates principles)
Practicum Teaching: 4 hours
(Teaching in real-life conditions)

Hold a certification in mat Pilates
Have taught at least 5 group or private Pilates classes
