Imagery & Metaphor – using symbols, imagination, and archetypes for healing and transformation.
Intention & Affirmation (Sankalpa) – cultivating purpose, recognizing samskaras, and harnessing willpower.
Therapeutic & Trauma-Informed Applications – calming students, recognizing triggers, ethics, and responsible facilitation.
Guiding Techniques – leading students into deep relaxation, connecting with inner guides, and accessing spaces of peace and safety.
Integration of Yin Yoga Principles – yin vs. yang philosophy, meridians, elements, and sequencing based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) foundations.
Teaching Practice & Group Work – applied anatomy, theoretical discussions, manual work with props, and presence-based holding of space.
